Si tienes s\u00edntomas de falta de motivaci\u00f3n, depresi\u00f3n o cansancio extremo, los ejercicios m\u00e1s recomendables son aquellos que te ayuden a activarte a trav\u00e9s de la generaci\u00f3n de calor y el \u00e9nfasis en las inhalaciones.  Para promover la concentraci\u00f3n en situaciones exigentes, trata de recurrir a patrones anat\u00f3micos complejos como el Ujjayi o el Nadi Shodhana.
