Por un lado est\u00e1 la esfera p\u00fablica, que es aquella en la que se encuentran tanto las relaciones con compa\u00f1eros de trabajo, clientes y personas desconocidas como los lugares en los que estas se llevan a cabo. Por otro, la esfera privada es aquella en la que establecemos v\u00ednculos con nuestros familiares, nuestras amistades m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximas y los espacios que consideramos \u00edntimos. En una profesi\u00f3n como la nuestra, que requiere una gran implicaci\u00f3n personal, resulta muy complicado pasar de una a otra y crear un buen equilibrio entre la vida privada y la laboral que
