La adrenalina, como bien sabemos, se libera en situaciones de alarma, estr\u00e9s, miedo, peligro o excitaci\u00f3n. nos ayuda a enfrentarnos a este tipo de situaciones y es un mecanismo de defensa para la supervivencia, ya que incrementa el rendimiento f\u00edsico y agudiza los sentidos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando viv\u00edamos en las cavernas, sin las descargas de adrenalina y las reacciones que provoca en el cuerpo no habr\u00edamos sobrevivido y no estar\u00edas leyendo este post. Y todo ello, al final, puede derivar en <\/span><b>burnout<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s, el estr\u00e9s se \u201ccontagia\u201d. Aunque te hayas levantado de buen humor y te hayas propuesto estar relajado pase lo que pase en la Cl\u00ednica, si en tu entorno hay mucha adrenalina ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil que te puedas abstraer de los nervios y la irritabilidad general, \u00bfverdad?<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo controlar el estr\u00e9s en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda en la cl\u00ednica veterinaria?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lugar, te recomendamos que analices las circunstancias que te provocan estr\u00e9s. \u00bfQuiz\u00e1 una conversaci\u00f3n dif\u00edcil con un cliente? Haz unas respiraciones profundas, t\u00f3mate cinco minutos de descanso o da un paseo r\u00e1pido para cambiar de escenario.
