Se sentir en conflit et en tension constante au travail est une question tout \u00e0 fait importante et vous devriez y travailler activement. En attendant, le yoga peut vous aider \u00e0 vous recentrer. Le dicton \u00ab ravaler sa fiert\u00e9 \u00bb transmet l\u2019id\u00e9e physique de quelque chose de trop gros \u00e0 avaler. Nous avons tous ressenti cette sensation forte et d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able lorsque nous retenons des larmes ou lorsque nous ressentons une sorte de grande injustice.
