Comment peut-on passer d\u2019un \u00e9tat de sollicitation excessive chronique de nos facult\u00e9s \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de conscience de soi et d\u2019harmonie \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e\u00a0?  Les postures ou <\/b><strong><i>\u00ab\u00a0asanas\u00a0\u00bb <\/i><\/strong><b>aident \u00e0 prendre soin de votre corps. La m\u00e9ditation aide \u00e0 prendre soin de votre esprit.  Et le contr\u00f4le de votre respiration permet de faire le lien entre les deux.\r\n<\/b><\/p>\r\n<h3>&nbsp;<\/h3>\r\n<h3><b>Notre profession est con\u00e7ue pour fonctionner sur le mode \u00ab\u00a0continuer \u00e0 tout prix\u00a0\u00bb.<\/b><\/h3><div><b><br><\/b><\/div>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous pouvons op\u00e9rer un calcul v\u00e9sical ou tenter d\u2019extraire un corps \u00e9tranger avec l\u2019endoscope, et rester enti\u00e8rement concentr\u00e9(e)s pendant des heures, sans m\u00eame sentir votre corps physique, en ne fonctionnant qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019adr\u00e9naline parce que la survie de votre patient est tout ce qui compte pour nous.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous pouvons rester longtemps \u00e0 genoux, aussi longtemps que n\u00e9cessaire, pour contr\u00f4ler les signes vitaux d\u2019un patient \u00e9pileptique, ou passer 8 heures ou plus \u00e0 courir de consultation en consultation \u00e0 monter les escaliers ou \u00e0 soulever des charges du sol \u00e0 la table des dizaines de fois.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et vous savez quoi\u00a0?  Que nous travaillions avec des animaux de compagnie ou des animaux d\u2019\u00e9levage, notre attention est toujours tourn\u00e9e vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur &#8211; les patients, les clients, les coll\u00e8gues &#8211; pendant de longues journ\u00e9es qui se transforment en semaines, ann\u00e9es, d\u00e9cennies.  Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9s pour cela.  Mais t\u00f4t ou tard, ce manque de conscience de soi aura des r\u00e9percussions sur notre productivit\u00e9, notre motivation, notre sant\u00e9 globale, notre bonheur et notre long\u00e9vit\u00e9.\r\n&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><b>Le yoga n\u2019est-il qu\u2019un ensemble de postures impossibles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ou est-ce plus que cela\u00a0?&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3><div><b><br><\/b><\/div>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que le yoga soit traditionnellement constitu\u00e9 de 8 branches, il y a trois grandes strates dans le yoga ancien, \u00e0 savoir <\/span><b>Asana <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et perfectionnement des postures), <\/span><b>Pranayama<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (contr\u00f4le de la respiration) et <\/span><b>Dhyana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (m\u00e9ditation).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les asanas (postures) peuvent \u00eatre statiques ou dynamiques (avec un flux et un mouvement), l\u2019objectif principal \u00e9tant de renforcer le corps et de l\u2019assouplir. &nbsp; Vous observerez des r\u00e9sultats au niveau de votre posture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, de votre efficacit\u00e9 musculaire, de votre apparence,&nbsp; de votre mobilit\u00e9 et en termes d\u2019absence de douleur. Et c\u2019est formidable\u00a0!  Mais les postures seules ne diff\u00e8rent pas vraiment des autres sports.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malheureusement, la plupart des \u00e9coles qui enseignent les postures de yoga n\u2019enseignent pas la m\u00e9ditation.  Et inversement, des institutions courantes et bien \u00e9tablies qui enseignent des techniques de m\u00e9ditation (m\u00e9ditation bouddhiste, Vipassana ou simplement la pleine conscience moderne) n\u2019int\u00e8grent pas dans leurs cours la partie physique du yoga ni le contr\u00f4le efficace de la respiration. Ne vous rajoutez pas de pression et ne culpabilisez pas si vous omettez un ou plusieurs jours dans votre pratique de yoga\u00a0: allez-y petit \u00e0 petit, pas \u00e0 pas, posture apr\u00e8s posture, en commen\u00e7ant par <\/span><b>dix minutes par jour seulement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et en progressant \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0. Le grand ma\u00eetre yogi K. Pattabhi Jois l\u2019a r\u00e9sum\u00e9 ainsi\u00a0:  \u00ab<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Pas \u00e0 pas, lentement vous avancez<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mon conseil pour d\u00e9buter dans votre pratique du yoga et pour en ressentir vraiment les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices, c\u2019est d\u2019int\u00e9grer une micro-routine de yoga dans votre emploi du temps, et de trouver le moment qui vous convient le mieux.   Mais vous devez \u00eatre constant.  Cela vous aidera \u00e0 mieux vous impliquer dans un processus dans lequel vous apprendrez patiemment \u00e0 synchroniser vos mouvements avec votre respiration.  Ensuite, vous pouvez ajouter le contr\u00f4le de votre fr\u00e9quence respiratoire et de vos signes vitaux gr\u00e2ce aux <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/happyvetproject.org\/body-vet\/vet-yogi\/pranayama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>techniques<\/b><\/a> Pranayama<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour d\u00e9toxifier et obtenir un bien-\u00eatre physique suppl\u00e9mentaire.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, avec un peu d\u2019autodiscipline et une conscience de soi plus exerc\u00e9e, vous arriverez aux portes de la m\u00e9ditation.
