Saviez-vous que la carence en vitamine D est \u00e9galement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention de la d\u00e9tresse psychologique\u00a0?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3><b>Relation entre les niveaux de vitamine D et la sant\u00e9 mentale<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La carence en vitamine D est une v\u00e9ritable pand\u00e9mie en Europe.  Nos vies se passent en int\u00e9rieur\u00a0:\u00a0nous travaillons \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, nous nous d\u00e9pla\u00e7ons en voiture ou en transport en commun et souvent, nous nous reposons \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.  M\u00eame si nous vivons dans des pays ensoleill\u00e9s, les rayons du soleil ne nous atteignent pas autant qu\u2019il le faudrait pour pouvoir synth\u00e9tiser correctement la vitamine D.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une carence en vitamine D peut provoquer des sympt\u00f4mes similaires \u00e0 ceux de la sommeil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si nos niveaux de vitamine D sont faibles, non seulement nous pouvons ressentir les sympt\u00f4mes ci-dessus, mais nous pouvons \u00e9galement avoir des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des situations stressantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vitamine D est \u00e9galement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 digestive, que l\u2019on consid\u00e8re maintenant comme notre deuxi\u00e8me cerveau\u00a0: elle a des effets anti-inflammatoires et immunomodulateurs sur le tube digestif, sur l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la barri\u00e8re intestinale et sur l\u2019hom\u00e9ostasie intestinale.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que de faibles taux de vitamine D \u00e9taient fr\u00e9quents chez les personnes atteintes du syndrome du c\u00f4lon irritable (SCI) et qu\u2019il existe une corr\u00e9lation entre ces m\u00eames taux et la gravit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>Qui peut pr\u00e9senter une carence en vitamine style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez les adultes, les personnes les plus expos\u00e9es \u00e0 une carence en vitamine D sont les personnes v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes, les personnes souffrant d\u2019une maladie du foie, d\u2019une maladie r\u00e9nale ou d\u2019une mauvaise absorption des graisses, les personnes souffrant d\u2019une malabsorption intestinale due \u00e0 la maladie c\u0153liaque, \u00e0 la maladie de Crohn ou \u00e0 des intol\u00e9rances alimentaires, les personnes en surpoids ou ob\u00e8ses, celles qui pr\u00e9sentent un d\u00e9ficit d\u2019exposition au soleil et celles qui, pour des raisons religieuses ou de sant\u00e9, \u00e9vitent l\u2019exposition directe de la peau au soleil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, les personnes pr\u00e9sentant un teint plus fonc\u00e9 produisent moins de vitamine D \u00e0 partir de la lumi\u00e8re du soleil et risquent de pr\u00e9senter des carences lorsqu\u2019elles vivent loin de l\u2019\u00e9quateur.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><b>O\u00f9 se trouve la vitamine D\u00a0?\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le soleil est notre principale source de vitamine D. Comme mentionn\u00e9 plus haut, plusieurs facteurs r\u00e9duisent la production de vitamine D dans la peau\u00a0: les cr\u00e8mes solaires dont l\u2019indice de protection est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 8, l\u2019\u00e2ge, une pigmentation plus fonc\u00e9e, le fait de vivre \u00e0 une latitude nord sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 40 degr\u00e9s et la saison hivernale.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vitamine D est peu pr\u00e9sente dans l\u2019alimentation.  Les aliments naturels les plus riches en vitamine D sont les huiles de foie de poisson et les poissons gras tels que les sardines, le hareng, le saumon et le maquereau.  Les \u0153ufs, la viande, le lait, le beurre et les l\u00e9gumes en contiennent en petites quantit\u00e9s.  Les fruits et les noix ne contiennent pas du tout de vitamine D.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 la fin du printemps et en \u00e9t\u00e9, les personnes en bonne sant\u00e9 qui s\u2019exposent au soleil de 5 \u00e0 30 minutes par semaine sans utiliser de protection solaire n\u2019ont pas besoin, en principe, de suppl\u00e9ments de vitamine D.  Les temps d\u2019exposition n\u00e9cessaires sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 la couleur de notre peau\u00a0: plus la couleur de la peau est fonc\u00e9e, plus le temps d\u2019exposition est long. L\u2019exc\u00e8s de vitamine D n\u2019est pas associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une surexposition au soleil, car il existe un m\u00e9canisme de r\u00e9gulation dans notre corps qui emp\u00eache une production excessive dans la peau.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toutefois, comme chaque cas est particulier, votre m\u00e9decin ou votre di\u00e9t\u00e9ticien vous indiquera quelles sont les r\u00e8gles que vous devez suivre pour faire une pause pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 ou pour continuer \u00e0 prendre un suppl\u00e9ment \u00e0 des doses plus faibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vous le savez maintenant.
