Se ti senti demotivato, depresso o molto stanco, hai bisogno di accelerare, quindi dovresti cercare di generare calore e inspirare con maggiore frequenza.  Per la concentrazione e il focus nelle situazioni molto impegnative, cerca di utilizzare schemi anatomici pi\u00f9 complessi come l'Ujjayi o il Nadi Shodhana.
