<\/strong>Unire la salsa di soia, l&#8217;acqua e tre cucchiai di dolcificante in un tegame. Cuocere a fuoco medio fino a che il volume non si riduce della met\u00e0. Spegnere il fuoco, aggiungere le scorze del lime e ricoprire finch\u00e9 non si fredda.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Quando la salsa \u00e8 raffreddata, aggiungere il succo di lime. Mescolare e filtrare la salsa. Infine aggiungere un cucchiaio di aceto e tre di tahini. Mescolare di nuovo e mettere da parte.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Marinatura: <\/strong>In un frullatore mettere 200 ml di olio di oliva, cinque spicchi d&#8217;aglio, un cucchiaino di curcuma, un cucchiaino di paprika affumicata, un pezzo di zenzero fresco senza buccia e una presa di sale. Frullare finch\u00e9 non raggiunge la consistenza desiderata.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Affettare il tempeh. Tagliare a pezzetti gli scalogni, il peperone rosso e quello verde.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Mescolare il cibo a fette con la marinatura. Mettere da parte.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Riso<\/strong>: Lavare il riso con un setaccio fine e parecchia acqua. Ci\u00f2 ridurr\u00e0 il contenuto di amido.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Aggiungere tre porzioni di acqua fredda a una porzione di riso in un tegame. Cuocere per 15 minuti. Poi spegnere il fuoco e coprire per 10 minuti per lasciarlo riposare.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Aggiungere tre cucchiai di olio di oliva in una padella. Far dorare il tempeh e le verdure marinate.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Tagliare finemente il cavolo rosso, i ravanelli e i pomodorini.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Disporre tutti gli ingredienti in una ciotola. Mettere il riso come base, aggiungere il tempeh, le verdure saltate e quelle fresche.
